[Typo3] rtehtmlarea 0.4.67 problems after upgrade from 0.4.60 (no browser cache issue)

Hi,

I am experiencing heavy problems after I upgraded from rtehtmlarea
0.4.60 to the current 0.4.67 (sure I deleted the browser cache. I
started using rtehtmlarea in the 0.4.-twenties and upgraded quite
often in between without problems).

Now this happens: After upgrade to 0.4.67, when I edit a content
element and save it, any kind of markup is removed. Only plain content
characters remain - no line breaks anymore, no links, no bold or
italic text. Just one clean line of text is stored in tt_content.
Everything is lost.

Don't know what's going on. Server is running on Typo3 3.7.0 on SuSE
Linux 9.2
