[Typo3] Versioning system for TypoScript

typo3 also lets you veiw the template change history... so you can 
always revert if need be.

but with lots of changes to the template this might not work so well

or copy the template onto a hidden page everytime you want to take a new 
version.  you can put multiple templates on a page.
