[Typo3] 3td import problem

Hi
I want to move my site from my production server to my demo server, so I had 
to export the pagetree and the templates to 3td files.
I've transfered the database and the fileadmin and user upload directories 
with the images and css files.
When I imported the 3td files on the pages where I put text and image 
content I coundn't find the image anymore on none of the pages.
Is there a special kind of import/export for the text and image pages?
