Yes,

IM was the problem, the permision to IM was incorrect, after getting this fixed, the rest went fine.

In the Install tool you will see the basic configuration showing if IM is 
found or not. The path is clearly not correct or IM is located elsewhere. 
You need to resolve this first. Check the 'basic configuration' section and 
see if your paths are correct and or the drop down list finds your 
installation of IM but just not selected.
