[Typo3] Problems to download extensions

Hello Olivier,

It sounds like you are trying to install or update extensions globally
and probably have the allowGlobalInstall turned off. You can change this
in the All Configuration part under Install.

Hi there,

When trying to download new extension (or updated extension).

But each time i tried to download an extension from the server, It
doesn't
work.

I have to set a login and a password to download anything from
typo3.org. I
don't remember having openning an account and i didn't find anything
related
to that on the web site. But it seems that extensions are downloaded so
that'sn't the real problem.

It seems that once the download is complete:

i receive the following error:
Extension copied to server
Error: Installation is not allowed in this path (typo3/ext/)
