[Typo3] tt_poll multilanguage support added

Added multilanguage support to the tt_poll plugin.
Basically it's the same concept as with the votes. You
can separte questions/answers by a delimiter (here §) for
each language. So would be like 

Frage§Question§Question 

and 

0|Antwort1§Response1§Answer1
0|Antwort2§Response2§Answer2 

Probably someone could add the code into the existing plugin.
Sure, there might be a much more elegant way, but it works
for me. If someone wants the code, let me know.
