[Typo3] phpmyadmin-css buggy?

I just updated my phpmyadmin over TER (after changing the 
allowGlobalInstall Flag) and there were quite some errors running the 
phpmyadmin-module (all .php chmods wrong: 755 instead of 644) and a 
missing file (english-utf-8.inc.php). After fixing all that, phpmyadmin 
now works totally fine and the css is working now.

So, it can be definitely solved with the right way of installating the 
right version of the phpmyadmin-module  :) i guess this will all be 
fixed when the version-issue is fixed, that's why i don't post it as a bug.
