If you talk about the URL schema of this site
Pagename.ID.0.html

That's "Simulate Static Documents" with pagetitles ...

don't know how to get the pagetitles exactly but the style ID.0.html can be achieved
by enabling simulateStatic in the Install tool and placing a .htaccess file in the
webroot of your installation (the .htaccess must be parsed by the webserver - contact your service
provider for that)

You get even better results like
http://mypage.com/information/contact/page.html

if you use the "realurl" extension ....
