[Typo3] csv import in direct mail

Hi all,


I'm trying to import adresses with the built-in csv import function of 
direct mail.
I thought I should write my csv in the same way as the csv-file I can 
export from direct mail. That is (just like table tt_adress):

uid,name,title,email,phone,www,address,company,city,zip,country,fax,module_sys_dmail_category,module_sys_dmail_html,description,tstamp
"121","pressnew","","asdsad at hfj.de","","","","","","","","","2","1","","1112531417"
"122","beides","","asdkj at hjdf.de","","","","","","","","","3","1","","1112531434"

But when importing a csv-file like the above, the field 
"module_sys_dmail_category" is not imported, neither is 
"module_sys_dmail_html". So the imported adresses are not connected to 
any category, and that means of course, they are not really there for 
the module to use them.
Further, the mail and name field are changed.

I figured out, that a csv like this:
name,mail
works well, but only for these 2 fields. I did not get it to also take 
the fields mentioned above.

Could anyone please tell me the right "syntax" when importing a csv-file?
