[Typo3] www.typo3.org broken?

I just installed Typo3 and I am trying to create a user account at 
typo3.com to be able to log in to the extension repository.
Clicking on "Create User Account" gets me to 
http://typo3.org/your-account/edit-user-account/loginlogout/user-account/,
which has no content??

Looks like something is broken to me. I tried from several places and 
with different browsers.

Any other way to get an account for the Extension Repository?
