[Typo3] TER Access problems

Anyone else having problems connecting to the TER?  I have 3 separate 
installs and none of them can connect to the TER.  No errors, but no 
extensions either.  All installs are Linux/Apache/PHP 4 or 5 and Typo3 
3.7.0 ...
