[TYPO3-dev] How to proper use 'action' parameter in FORMs?

I want to add an anchor for the action attribute in a <form>, so that the browser jumps to the form in case of errors.

The required parameter is available, see documentation docs.typo3.org/typo3cms/extensions/form/0.3/Configuration/Objects/ObjectAttributes/Index.html#action or latest docs.typo3.org/typo3cms/extensions/form/latest/Configuration/Reference/Objects/Index.html#action, and it replaces the action url.

action = #form => action="contact/#form"

But the form doesn't work anymore with that action url, because the original action url parameters are missing (?tx_form_form%5Baction%5D=process&cHash=a8fa37d63551a79b48a77d6bdcfe554a).

I didn't find a workaround.
