[TYPO3-dev] How to modify all Links before rendering?

First I added a hook with:
$GLOBALS['TYPO3_CONF_VARS']['SC_OPTIONS']['tslib/class.tslib_content.php']['typolinkLinkHandler']['flexshadowbox'] = ....

but the typolinkhandler and tslib_content.php only works for basic content elements. But I have own content elements.
how to place the hook to modify all the links? (tool like realurl does the same)
