[TYPO3-dev] FAL and TCA

Hi,

Just a little question ...

Until now an extension which properly handles files in "any" table would 
have to check the TCA field definition and if it is of type=>group and 
internal_type=>file it would have to use the "folder" TCA key and the 
value of a field to get a path to the file.

Here the "convention" is that the TCA field configuration uses 
type=>group internal_type=>file for pointing to a file.


How could this get described today when using FAL?
