The screenshot shows the Page module from TemplaVoilà. My first guess 
would be that it's a bug in TV.

It's a bit nicer for the users of mailing lists and newsgroups to host 
the screenshot somewhere on the web and put a link to it in the post. 
Many mail and newsgroup readers put the encoded image data inline.
