[TYPO3-dev] Overwrite modul labels in backend

Hi List,

I want to overwrite some lables of backend modulgroups and moduls, e.g. 
"WEB" or "LIST", "ACCESS" and so on ...

In practice not the labels of TYPO3 modules, but own moduls in different 
installations ;)

How to do that?? Is that possible?
