[TYPO3-dev] Hiding "saveDocNew" Button in Backend

Hi Benjamin,

I looked Install Tool but there is no field available for
['BE']['defaultUserTSconfig'].
however, ['FE']['defaultUserTSconfig'] field is there.

Could you please point out where is the ['BE']['defaultUserTSconfig'] to
put the TYPO script.
