[TYPO3-dev] smooth migration extensions form 4.5 to 6.2

Hey Ivano,

the smoothmigration extension provides some nice command-line tools to
check (and change) extensions that are incompatible with 6.2.

The upgradereport extension mainly shows if your installation is ready
to upgrade in a 4.5 (AFAIK).
