[TYPO3-dev] I forked EXT:smoothmigration

Hi

As no one replied to my reported issues, I just had to continue working 
on the extension myself, and therefore I have forked smoothmigration.

It should fix some issues with 6.2 compability.

Of course, if the code quality is acceptable, the changes can be merged 
back. But I currently don't have the time to do so. Anyone is welcome...
