quite not the correct group (try typo3.english), but anyway:

what is your concrete problem?
1.getting TYPO3 to run at all?

2.configuring TYPO3 to show a frontend page?


for 1: have a server matching the requirements, especially including the 
correct php.ini settings for memory and runtime.

get the TYOP3 sources, extract them from archive, build up the symlinks, [1]
do basic configuration in Install-tool/123-Installer (mySQL-Database, 
BE-user)


for 2: you my use a package for a base page to get started
