[TYPO3-dev] Extension Builder worklflow

Hello forum,

yesterday I tried out the current Extension Builder version for TYPO3 6.2 und began to create an extension. Up to now I used the Roudtrip feature and overwrote the values (e.g. TCA changes) I wanted to change after the EXTENSION BUILDER DEFAULTS END TOKEN. In the new version the array is returned directly so that I can't overwrite values anymore.
 
How do you handle that problem?
