It did not work! The symlink for the typo3_src was created wrong:

Instead of:
typo3/typo3_src-7.4.0 -> typo3/typo3_src
it created
../../../../../typo3_src-7.4.0 -> typo3/typo3_src

After correcting the symlink manually the system works correct.
