Alt+Insert also works in Netbeans, you can chose what getters and setters should be created and optionally implement fluent interface for setters.

Anyway - Commandline support for such things would be very nice!

You could have a look at extension_builder extension, it provides you an GUI to kickstart new packages and models but is AFAIK not yet compatible with CMS 7.
