The view helper does not cache anything. Fluid compiles HTML templates 
to PHP code and the core translation mechanism also does some caching. 
These caches are always active and not affected by plugin caching.

One note regarding your messages. It would be nicer for a reader if 
you'd add a friendly "hello", and "goodbye". Maybe you also want to 
consider wrapping the text lines to a reasonable length, which makes 
your messages easier to read on some clients.
