[TYPO3-dev] TYPO3 6.1.7 : Scheduler - The task could not be added.

Hi,

I am trying to add "Scheduler test task" but it does not allow me to add
the task.
If I click on "Save" button then it display blank page.
If I click on "Save & Close" button then it says "The task could not be
added."

I do have installed TYPO3 6.1.7

After finding few solutions on forge.typo3.org, I have disabled my external
installed extension one by one but it still not allow me to add new task.
Can anyone please suggest something.
