I saw that, but I must say it only increases confusion ;-)

What is not the expected behavior of a group-type field with *no* 
maxitems property? Does it accept unlimited items? If not, then we are 
stuck with setting large numbers of maxitems for every group-type field 
and thus sys_category definition needs to be completed.
