[TYPO3-dev] mm_forum extension: How to restrict to user to create a New topic

Hi All,

 I am using TYPO3 6.1 and mm_forum 1.9.5 version, needs to create a
functionality on frontend in this way:

User type 1: User can read only [Done, assigning read access]
User type 2: User can reply only, cannot create new topic [How to do]
User type 3: User can create new topic and reply as well [Done, assigning
moderator access]

Is there any way to allow access to user type 2 as defined above?
