[TYPO3-dev] Kickstarter extension issue with RTE

To output the content I'm using $this->pi_RTEcssText($bodyContent);  in a pi1 based extension.

This is the extension configuration

As you can see in the image it's selected "no transformation at all" and all the html code works properly (except link to a file). If I change to "moderate transform of images and links" the links work ok but all the HTML tags (<p>, <strong>...etc) doesn't work anymore.
