[TYPO3-dev] Kickstarter extension issue with RTE

Hello There

I'm developing a Kickstarter extension with TYPO3 4.7 and I've installed the extension in a TYPO3 6.1 environment, there is an issue with a RTE text area it's not transforming the links to files when the HTML is rendered in the Front END.

e.g. <a href"file:123">test link<a> this link should be <a href"path/to/file">test link</a>

Please I need help.
