[TYPO3-dev] How to get Plugin settings in ExtBase Repository in v6.2

Hey,

dependency injections are only done by the ObjectManager and
not by the makeInstance call.
The ConfigurationManager needs the EnvironmentService now (what is
resolved by DI).
