[TYPO3-dev] info multiligual descriptions for the constant editor

I build an extension for TYPO3 6.2. It contains some constants which could be modified in the constants-editor. 
I used definition of the xlf-file to describe the constants in an muliligual way (last example in http://wiki.typo3.org/TypoScript_Constants). I wrote for example in my file "constants.txt":

# cat=positioner/javascript/010; type=boolean; label=LLL:EXT:positioner/Resources/Private/Language/locallang.xlf:tx_positioner_constants_positioner.tx_js_flagjquerylibary;
tx_positioner.audio.flag.includeJsJQuery = 1 

I spent a lot of time, before I realize, that TYPO3 seems to store the description somerwhere internally. 
After deinstalling and reinstalling my extension, the constant editor shows the modified descriptions and I could switch easily between the german and english descriptions.

I hope this post will help someone, to save some time.
