IMO not possible as you just need the whole cObj to get the typolink and
for that you need quite everything like rootlines, ...

Maybe you can do that a bit hackish style to collect the urls somewhere
else or once in a while, cache those in a DB/.. and get the urls from
there in eID with 1 query.
