[TYPO3-dev] Best way to use less in typo3

There are a few extensions out there for using less, i want to know whats the best in your opinnion.

At the moment i am using t3_less but its a very bad choice i think. It allways parses all less files in the source directory, so i cant create different setups for different purposes.

I thought of writing my own extension cause i need very basic features but there has to be something existing....

i simple need
1) inlcuding less file like page.includeCss.setup = path/to/setup.less
2) cachingservice that does not check the physical file on every request, i would prefer a manual flushing.

share your experiences please :)
