hm, i dont understand that. When i put a ext_typoscript_setup.txt in extension root folder the constants are replaced and used. 

But when i put a constants.txt file in the Configuration/TypoScript folder and include it with \TYPO3\CMS\Core\Utility\ExtensionManagementUtility::addStaticFile it doesnt work. In my constants.txt i include a typoscript file with <INCLUDE_TYPOSCRIPT: source="FILE:EXT:tl24_basepackage/Resources/Private/TypoScript/constants.ts>. And in this file are all my constants.

But why they are not used and replaced? In Typo3 6.1 everything works well.
