[TYPO3-dev] Upgrade 6.2.3: Fatal error: Class 'TYPO3\CMS\Extbase\SignalSlot\Dispatcher' not found

Go in install tools, and hit the clear all cache button. Or alternatively,
remove everything in the typo3temp folder. TYPO3 6.2 needs the cache to be
cleared at each upgrade.
