[TYPO3-dev] Setting a domain in CLI context

Hi,

I'm currently working on a Google Sitemap tool, that builds the sitemap
from a scheduler job (it takes to long in web context, so i get a PHP
timeout).

Is there a update, on how to use typolink in a CLI context, so I can get a
domain, so my outputted urls are handled by the Realurl configuration?

Overwriting HTTP_HOST etc. doesn't seem to change any output, i keep
getting id=21345 urls.

Any help, pointers etc. are appreciated - alternative solutions (except
"raise php timeout") as well
