[TYPO3-dev] FAL: Loosing relations on copy?

Hi,
i've created an extension implementing a CE which adds FAL via flexforms
(see http://pastebin.com/LJ4X9TEM).

Everything works fine until I copy such a CE. It looses each and every
FAL relation on copy, which means in my case that all images are lost.

Is this a known bug or a configuration error on my part? Didn't find
anything on forge...
