[TYPO3-dev] Upgrade wizard from V4.5 to V6.1, error on "Migrate all file links of RTE-enabled fields to FAL"

Hi all,

Does someone experiment this error when trying to upgrade from V4.5 to 
V6.1 with the "Upgrade Wizard", step : "Migrate all file links of 
RTE-enabled fields to FAL" :

Update FAILED!
fileadmin/contenus/pdf/fichier.pdf not found in referenced element (uid: 
2111 of table tt_content in field bodytext).
Reference index was probably out of date.

And so on for many PDF files !

What I did :
. check the existence of the files
. check the access rights of the files
. "update reference index" with "DB Check" tool

Any idea ?
