[TYPO3-dev] Add Stylesheet and Javascript to TYPO3 Backende

Hey

Please give me a hint how i can add JS and CSS files to TYPO3 backend.
I tried and tried but everytime something breaks.

I have a userdefined field to geocode an objects position using a google map, i need some styles there, so i need to load those styles in the edit-record view.

I got it running with backend->debug = 1, but when i set backend->debug to 0 it breaks...

Whats the common pattern?
How do i define the path correctly?
