[TYPO3-dev] Rendering order of plugins in template and pages

Hello, I'm trying to learn TYPO3...

I have a plugin added to the main template. It's a selectbox shared by several pages.
    10 = RECORDS
    10 {
        tables = tt_content
        source = 282
    }
The selectbox send the selected value to an action and this save the value in session.

In a child page I have another plugin of the same extension that loads data related to the selected value.

The problem is that the inner plugin is rendered before of the outer plugin.

How could Ichange the rendering order? or it could be a better way to do it, I don't know...
