[TYPO3-dev] Creating new record rewrites all other record titles

Creating a new custom record via List view in TYPO3 backend: all other records in the same database table have the title field re-written to an unidentifiable numeric value. (Not the UID or PID value.) The new record, however, is correct and creation of a further entry doesn’t affect it.

Has anyone else encountered this?
