[TYPO3-dev] Cleaner URL (Form submit)

To complicated, i need all of that to work smooth with the absolute same behaviour in all circumstances, for example the pageinate viewhelper, ajax situations, etc etc

i'd like to simply tell the form viewhelper NOT to render all those tags, because i really dont need them here.... I can see their use in CRUD actions but not in here....

Should i simply write my own form-viewHelper for those scenarios? Dont like to do that either.
