Hello Philipp,

as you can see at the cache filename I have included this change in 
/typo3conf/ext/my_ext/ext_tables.php
But I also tried it with /typo3conf/extTables.php
And I have added this entry with help of BE->Configuration->TCA->select 
entry->Button: "write configuration to file"

All three possibilities do not work.
