The problem is BTW, that my past icon patch new requires to have the 
clipboard loaded. I wonder if we need a fallback solution for this kind of 
problem.
The clipboard is initialized in the FileListControler while it only uses 
FileList, thus the code should maybe just be moved there.

A patch for core will follow that moves the code.
