The improvements have been made for users, not for devs. Actually the new 
policy for the EM is to manage extensions (install, update, delete, 
configure) and not to develop them. Thus all dev features have been removed 
from EM.

Doubt that Neos will do the same fault and mix dev and user actions into one 
interface.
