[TYPO3-dev] status of extension changed in TER?

An extension (t3events) which I uploaded to the TER on March 17, 2013 
suddenly changed its status from 'beta' to 'alpha' today.
The extension manager of a 4.7 instance shows its status is shown 'not 
available'. The website under 
http://typo3.org/extensions/repository/view/t3events shows 'alpha'.
The file em_conf.php definitly contained 'state' => 'beta' on upload.

What happend?
