[TYPO3-dev] gc_dev: CLI-tool for developer tasks

Hej,

i already planed to implement almost the same for EXT:coreapi (actually i suggested it to be a possible Google Summer of Code project [1]), so I really appreciate if you want to implement it and send me a pull request on github.
