"comment" is good because it corresponds to the ext_emconf.php field. 
"uploadcomment" is good because it looks like other commands (all lower 
case). "upload_comment" can be similar. But "uploadComment" looks foreign 
to both existing command set and to general shell conventions of using 
lower case parameters.

I would go for "comment" but make unofficial aliases for "upload_comment" 
and "uploadcomment".
