[TYPO3-dev] Extension Manager UPDATE! function

Hello,

the Extension Manager did always display a menu with an entry "UPDATE!".

"class.ext_update.php"

Then the file "class.ext_update.php" should be called. Unfortunately 
this file is not called any more.
Where is the "UPDATE!" menu entry in the EM of TYPO3 4.7.7?
