[TYPO3-dev] [TYPO3-ect] TER Clean up: extension authors notified

Hi,

Last Monday (March 11th) the mailing to all extension authors was 
finally sent.
Michael Schams was kind enough to supply a server and mailing software.
The extension information and the mail addresses were extracted from the 
extension list that the Extension Manager also uses.

Over 2400 mails were sent (multiple extensions with the same mail 
address were grouped into a single mail message)
49 mails didn't leave the mailing server, mostly due to connection 
problems with the receiving server.
I received 482 bounces (and other notifications of changed mail 
addresses, notifications of ticket systems, etc.) and 17 personal replies.

In case you didn't receive a notification about the upcoming changes 
then you probably didn't have a correct mail address in the 
ext_emconf.php of your extension.

Again, a special thank you to Michael Schams for taking care of the 
actual mailing.
